Dear George, In revising your proposal for "Root Down: Simply Funk" in future semesters, it would be helpful to include an expanded list of record labels to give us a better idea of what would distinguish your show from other proposals. In
addition, most of the artists listed (Ike & Tina, The Ohio Players, War, George
Clinton, etc.) have gotten quite a bit of mainstream media exposure, which
effectively disqualifies them from play on WNYU. Good luck, and we hope to hear
